You will always get personally tailored dresses from us no matter what you choose, choose a standard size dress or give us your custom measurements.


Shipping time is different for custom made dresses.


Shipping Time

Shipping Time is the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Generally speaking, 25 - 30 days, in some cases 2 weeks:

It will take 10 -15 calendar days for our professional dressmakers to tailor your dress. Then it will take EMS about 6 - 10 working days for the finished dresses to travel from our manufacturer in China to your destination from New Zealand, Australia, China to Mexico, Philippines or click the information information PDF below to see more countries where we ship to:

Returning & Replacement & Refund

Your satisfaction is guaranteed as our most valued customer. Once your package has arrived, please wash your hands as we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the dress that we made meets your requirement. Try your dress on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.


For any items, if there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or a video and within 4 hours of opening the package. Once we have verified that the item is faulty, you can send the item back to us (customer assumes the shipping cost) only after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund.


If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with the intact tags attached.


Please note:
There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted so please choose your item carefully, we do not accept liability for purchases that are wrongly picked, all items are triple checked prior to them being sent out, and are matched against the order 
ITEM CODE selected.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be done within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund, this will enable us to quickly cancel any custom made orders.

If paying by by cash please use the contact us form and include all your measurements, Item Code of the dress you would like, once we have confirmed all the details we will generate an invoice with payment details. Non NZ residents will need to pay with PayPal, (no account sigh up necessary) we accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
